Speeches - what makes a good one?

Speeches .... they can be the most daunting task ever asked of you during your school years and for some of you the most exciting!. One trick for improving your confidence if you are one of those students who fears them is to start assessing what makes a good speech. We will be looking at the structure of what makes a good speech (hamburger model) but for now while we are in the planning stages of deciding our topics we need to look at speeches and asses what makes them good.
